Completed this year, The Station Fleming Island apartments at 1757 Theodora Lane in Fleming Island sold on November 15 for $51.3 million.

Bristol Fleming Island Partners LLC of Franklin, Tennessee sold the community to Amzak Station LLC of Boca Raton.

Amazak Station is part of Amzak Capital Management.

CBRE’s Cliff Taylor and Joe Ayers represented Bristol in the transaction.

“Fleming Island Station is helping meet tenant demand for high-quality housing options in the highly regarded Clay County School District and near the soon-to-open Baptist Hospital,” Taylor said in A press release.

The 180-unit community sits on 11.37 acres. It comprises five four-storey buildings equipped with an elevator. The unit price is $285,000.

Summit Contracting Group said it began construction on the project in April 2021. It is at US 17 and Radar Road.

There are one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 707 to 1,248 square feet. Rents range from $1,560 to $2,275 per month, according to The Station Fleming Island website.

Amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, pet play area, grilling stations, coffee bar, and courtyard.

Bristol Fleming Island Apartments purchased the property in December 2020 from Fleming Island Business Park for $1.48 million.
